Building a great body is not only satisfying, but also enjoyable. I have been working out under the expertise of Mike Villa since June of 2000 (off & on). Mike is a very dedicated trainer that gives you the ultimate attention.

He not only cares about toning you up, but also your nutritional intake. I have really learned a lot about my diet and eating the proper foods when working out. I actually look forward to my sessions with Mike. I always read various women's magazines and the suggestive work out ideas. Before I do a thing, I call Mike to see if those programs are what I need.

The facility that he trains at is the perfect motivator for getting started. Most of the people that workout at Hyde Park Gym are dedicated themselves, the equipment is in great shape and the other members are considerate when it comes to a line at the equipment.
